RSSC HOSTS UK BASED STUDENTS (BUCKSWOOD)

The relationship between the Royal Swaziland Sugar Corporation (RSSC) and Buckswood School continues to flourish.

The school’s annual tour at RSSC where the students along with the schools Principal Giles Sutton are testament of international recognition of the corporations business. Last week, 40students from the school visited the sugar company’s premises where they had a chance to explore the sugar cane fields and plant at Simunye Factory.
Sutton stated that some of the students had never been exposed to such operations, and this would go a long way in the theoretical education they normally received at the school. “This is one of the most valued educational trips when the children visit Swaziland on their annual tour, mostly because the get to experience a number of things for the first time in their lives and also get to know the sugar processing process.
“RSSC has proved to be a first class operation. The way they treat and welcome us every year is overwhelming and noteworthy in my experience, the children leave this place with memories to share when they go back home,” he said.
On another note, RSSC Group Public Affairs Manager Sifiso Nyembe shared the company’s gratitude of hosting the United Kingdom based school yearly. “It is exciting and prodigious to have such relations with schools from abroad because it interprets RSSC as an internationally recognised company and we are looking forward to unlimited dealings going forward.” Nyembe said.
